very central location, a 10-15 minute walk from westgate mall. lots of products for a varied and plentiful breakfast. great pool, parking nearby.

The rooms of our place were spotless and designer with all the excellent amenities, everything was well-maintained. The breakfast was plentiful and enjoyable and offered a wide range of options.

It was a LUXURIOUS place, had well-trained staff who did the extra mile to help me for the logistics impeccable service. The restaurant was good for breakfast here, I had savoury dishes.

Excellent base for exploring Shanghai. Impressive place, great for trip. Smooth check-in, great and decent location next to the garden next door, nearby many offices in Jing An and very good restaurants and luxury

Pool was a little too cold

The bed linens. The layout and views from the room. the pool and spa rooms. the breakfast.

The pool was very long but narrow so that no more than 3 or 4 people could swim at one time.

loved my stay at the puli. great service, location, and value for money. the rooms were spacious and modern, with nice amenities. the staff was so friendly and helpful, making my stay unforgettable. will definitely recommend and 

the design was just mindblowing! A very different concept compared to the usual 5star (business) hotels. It truly was a 'resort' within the city !

the check out took a long time and the bell boys were not very helpful - it took a long time for them to bring our luggage when leaving the hotel to the airport.
